Richard Belzer

He was best known for his role as BPD Detective NYPD DetectiveSergeant and DA Investigator John Munch 2 whom he portrayed as a regular cast member on the NBC police drama series Homicide. Belzer died Sunday at his home in Bozouls in southern France his longtime friend Bill Scheft told The Hollywood Reporter.
